Job Description
The Deputy General Manager Operation will support GM in overseeing the overall hotel operations,ensure efficient service delivery,high occupancy management,and guest satisfactions in fast paced airport hotel environments.This role is critical in manage day to day operation across key department including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food,& Beverage, and Security while adapting to fluctuating transit passenger volume and increasing competition.
The DGM Operations will focus on operational excellence,service quality,revenue optimization,& cost control to ensure sustainable performance.
Key Responsibilities for Deputy General Manager Jobs 2026 In Karachi
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
- Ensure smooth handling of high guest turnover (short stays & transit guests)
- Maintain service quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with Front Office for occupancy and room inventory management
- Supervise Housekeeping for quick room turnaround and cleanliness standards
- Monitor F&B operations for quality, cost control, and revenue generation
- Implement operational strategies to improve occupancy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Lead, train, and develop departmental teams
- Coordinate with Sales & Finance for performance alignment
- Qualification & Experience
Education – Deputy General Manager Jobs 2026 In Karachi
Master degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management,Business Administration,or a related field from a recognized institution
Experience – Deputy General Manager Jobs 2026 In Karachi
At least 10 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, with minimum 5 years in a senior managerial role
Prior experience in high-turnover hospitality environments will be preferred
Strong understanding of hotel operations systems, service standards, cost controlling, revenue management basics, and team leadership is essential
Age Limit – Deputy General Manager Jobs 2026 In Karachi
