Sindh Secondary Education Improvement Project (SSEIP) Jobs 2026. The Government of Sindh has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) that aims to increase inclusiveness of secondary education system in Sindh Province by construction of new secondary school blocks, improving teaching and learning capacity, and to bring reform in secondary education examination system. 1️⃣ Chief Financial Management Specialist
Position: CS-02(b)
The Chief Financial Management Specialist (CFMS) shall assist & provides strategic and operational supports to Project Director in establishing, strengthening, and maintaining robust financial management, internal control, fiduciary oversight & accountability systems within PIU, SSEIP.
The CFMS shall ensure that project funds are managed with the highest standards of transparency, documentation discipline, compliance with Government Financial Rules, and adherence to ADB financial management and disbursement procedures as applicable to the project.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Master degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration,or related field from recognized university.
- Professional banking, financial,or accounting certification will be preferred.
- Sound understanding of public sectors financial rules, internal controls, audit processes, documentation standards,& expenditure verification system.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Minimum General Experience: 15 Years
- Minimum Specific Experience: 5 Years in:
- Financial scrutiny, expenditure verifications,& documentation review in public sectors organizations, financial institutions, financial regulatory bodies,or large institutions
- Review& analysis of budgets, expenditures, procurement records, contracts,& payment documentation
- Establishing and monitoring internal controls& fiduciary oversight mechanism
- Coordinations with audit, finance,& accounts section for reconciliation and reporting
- Preparation of financial, administrative,& MIS report for senior managements
- Experience dealing with Government Financial Rules, SPPRA, and public sector expenditure systems
- Experience in banking, audit, financial regulations, compliance, or financial control functions shall be considered highly relevant
- Experience in donor funded projects will be considered an advantage.
2️⃣ Chief Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Position: CS-03(a)
The specialist will establish project performance management system to monitor progress of project implementation, and evaluate project impacts and will also oversee and report on end project monitoring and evaluation activities.
Qualification and Experience:
The specialist will have at least ten (10) years of relevant hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects preferably those funded by international financial institutions including ADB in the province of Sindh. A Post graduate degree in statistics, sociology, education, social sciences, economics, information technology, and other relevant disciplines, working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, written and oral English proficiency, excellent computer skills and the ability to produce official reports and documentation are essential.

3️⃣ Environment And Social Safeguard Specialist
Position: CS-07(a)
Review and endorse the site-specific Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) prepared by the Supervision Consultants for construction of schools and where needed update the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Report and to conduct meaningful public consultations with communities and all relevant stakeholders in the area of influence when the final detailed design is available for sharing with all stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience:
The specialist will have at least 10 years experience in environmental impact assessment preparation, conducting stakeholder consultations, implementation of and addressing environment issues for development projects preferably in the province of Sindh. A Post graduate degree in environmental science, biological sciences, ecology, social science or related field, demonstrated track record of timely delivery of high-quality outputs, availability to travel regularly to project sites as required, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and internet use and a good command of spoken and written English are essential. Familiarity with ADB or other internationally funded projects is desirable.

4️⃣ Accountant
Position: CS26-AF
Assist the Chief Financial Management Specialist, Project Director, Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager and the Project Finance team in the day-to-day financial management and accounting matters of the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Sindh Secondary Education Improvement Project (SSEIP).
Qualification and Experience:
The accountant shall have at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance or related field preferably along with ACCA or similar professional qualification with a minimum five (05) years of relevant work experience, including two years’ experience with international donor-funded projects, preferably ADB.
5️⃣ Junior Financial Management Specialist
Position: CS27(a)-AF
