Major Duties & responsibilities:
For Engineering:
- Electrical systems and Review | interpret technical Drawings & designs to ensure accurate execution of ‘HVAC’.
- Prepare BOQs, ”bill of quantities” cost estimates, & material requisitions verify materials and bills in coordination with the store assistant.
- Supervise ‘HVAC’ and electrical construction activities to ensure safety, quality, & regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all installations complete with approved project standards, specifications, & drawings.
- Prepare site progress reports & maintain complete ‘technical’ and project documentation.
- Provide on site guidance to laborers, & contractors on safety practices.
