Mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a current PEC number.Oversees mechanical operations of the entire facility, coordinating production, upkeep, and quality with business objectives to provide effective and long-lasting performance. Strong maintenance procedures, capital planning, and adherence to cost, time, and quality goals all help to guarantee equipment reliability.Encourage teams leadership,Safety,Cmpliance,& ongoing developments to improve plant performance as whole.
Experience: About 25 years of experience,with at least 10 years spent in leading position in cement industry.
Age: Not more than 52.
2️⃣ Deputy General Manager (Mechanical)
BSc Mechanical Engineering from recognized University with minimum 20 years experience in cement industry. Responsible for preventive & predictive maintenance of equipments (Vertical Raw Mills, Kiln, Coolers, Coal Mill etc.). Manage store inventory for critical & non critical spare parts. Responsible for planning, organizing and execution of maintenance activities. Ensure implementation of HSE procedures during maintenance of Plant Machinery/Equipment’s.
Age: Not more than 50.
3️⃣ Sr. Manager (Admin. & Security)
MBA/MPA (HRM) with specialization in Admin.& HR from well reputed university having at least 15 year experience in Cement Industry/ Large Industry.Capable of handle Time Office,Social Security,EOBI matters along with vast experience of public dealing & Security matters of industrial sectors. Retired Army Majors may also apply for this post with relevants experience.
Age: Not more than 50.
