Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as key member of senior leadership teams & will report directly to Board & top management. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial directions, ensuring fiscal health, & maintaining robust internal financial controls across organization.

Key Responsibilities
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic financial advice to Board of Directors &executive managements on all financial matters.
- Ensuring the overall fiscal health& financial sustainability of organization.
- Driving long term financial planning to support corporate growth & developments objectives.
- Maintaining and strengthening internals financial control system to safeguard company assets.
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, &financial projections.
- Managing costing, taxation,& corporate financial reporting function.
- Supporting organizational changes initiatives through implementations of best in class corporate financial & accounting systems.
- Identifying & mitigating key financial risks to ensure operational & strategic stability.
- Evaluating funding requirement and, where necessary, facilitating additionals capital raising in alignment with NESPAK strategic goals.
- Ensuring full compliance with public sectors financial regulation, statutory requirements, and reporting standards.
- The CFO will play central role in ensuring transparency, accountability, & operational excellence in all financial matters.
Eligibility Criteria
NESPAK is seeking applications from highly competent and experienced finance professionals who meet one of the following criteria:
Membership in recognized professional accounting body with at least five years of relevant experience in State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) or corporate sectors, particularly in organization with total assets of five billion rupees or more;
OR
A Master degree in finance or related discipline from university recognized by the Higher Educations Commission (HEC), along with at least ten 10 years of relevant experience in State Owned Enterprises or corporate sector.
Candidates must possess substantial exposure to large scale financial operation & demonstrate leadership experience in managing complex financial systems.
Nationality Requirement
Only Pakistanis national are eligible to apply. Dual nationals may also apply, provided they hold Pakistanis nationality.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for applicants is 55 years on the closing date of the application submission.
Compensation and Benefits
NESPAK offers a highly competitive remuneration package for the selected candidate. The compensation is offered as a lump sum salary package of up to PKR 1.8 million per month, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and professional expertise.

Contract Duration
The successful candidate will be appointed on a contractual basis for an initial period of three (3) years. The contract may be extended further based on the company’s requirements and the candidate’s performance.
