This is unique opportunity to shape strategic direction of the Company amid evolving market dynamic,regulatory reform,and growing focus on efficiency and sustainability in Pakistan energy sectors and across other existing and emerging business sector.
The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall leaderships for Company and work closely with Board of Directors to drive long terms value creation,operational excellence,and strategic growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Chief Executive Officer Jobs
Strategic Leadership and Growth
- Lead developments & execution of corporate strategy aligned with Board priorities.
- Drive portfolio diversification & identify new growth opportunities across conventional and renewable energy & other potential sector.
Investment and Partnerships
- Originate & execute strategic investment,including mergers and acquisition,joint ventures,& projects financing as well as overseeing disposal of non used power plant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors,lenders,& strategic partners at national and international levels.
Regulatory and Stakeholder Engagement
- Navigate Pakistan evolving energy landscape,including CTBCM & related regulatory framework.
- Engage effectively with government authoritie,regulators,and key stakeholders to support business objective in other diversified fields.
Operational & Financial Performance
- Ensure efficient,cost effective operation & delivery of financial and performance targets.
- Oversee execution of existing & pipelines projects.
Organizational Leadership
- Strengthen organizational capability,leadership bench,& performance culture.
- Promote innovation,accountability,& high standards of governance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE – Chief Executive Officer Jobs
- Seasoned leader with strong track record of leading large,complex,& multidimensional organization.
