Behind every successful retail promotion is a strong operational backbone. The TPM (Trade Promotion Management) Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring promotional accuracy, financial integrity, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and retail partners within the Frito-Lay North America business.

This position sits within the HCC organization and directly supports retail customer teams by managing promotion data, invoices, and item information across both internal PepsiCo systems and external retailer platforms. Working closely with a Lead Analyst, the TPM Analyst helps drive efficiency, accuracy, and process transformation across multiple workstreams.

This is a business-critical, time-sensitive role where precision and on-time delivery directly impact sales performance. TPM Analysts not only execute core operational tasks but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives—leveraging automation, analytics, and best practices to streamline processes and enhance results.

  • Support trade planning and demand planning activities
  • Maintain TPM events, deal sheets, and new item setup based on retailer discussions and pricing updates
  • Own end-to-end contract management for upcoming retailer promotions
  • Analyze invoices, segment data, and ensure timely closure of promotional tactics
  • Track payments, funding, and vendor reimbursements
  • Validate tactic pricing against pricing grids to identify discrepancies in accruals or invoices
  • Monitor and manage trade spend across assigned accounts
  • Communicate risks and opportunities to Sales, Finance, and Control teams
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment data delivery aligned with SLAs and OLAs
  • Manage expectations through clear verbal and written communication with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support transformation initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, and automation
  • Apply tools such as Python, RPA, and UiPath to improve reporting and operational efficiency
  • Share learnings and best practices with the Lead Analyst and broader team
  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, or Sales (L4 level)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance (Master’s preferred)
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through large and complex datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Python, RPA, and UiPath

The TPM Analyst role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining data, finance, and operations to drive real business impact. With exposure to sales teams, finance partners, and automation initiatives, this position offers both challenge and growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
