Over the decades, JNBL has evolved to come the leading Metal Container manufacturer in the country and has diversified into Paint holders, Lubricant Oil, Engine oil painting, Food grade Container.

  • To help the Head of product in planning and executing diurnal product schedules to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets.
  • To supervise and cover product processes and insure adherence to quality, safety, and functional norms.
  • To coordinate force, machine, and material application icing optimal productivity.
  • To liaise with conservation, Procurement, and Store brigades to insure continued operations.
  • To track and report product performance data, pressing dissonances and recommending advancements.
  • To support cost control, waste reduction, and process enhancement enterprise and enhance functional effectiveness.
  • To support product development and revision sweats to feed to new and living client conditions.
  • To insure reporting of product, material consumption, time-out, and rejections as per necessity in applicable formats, specifics, and intervals.
  • To keep track of means application, condition, lifecycle assessment, relief requirements, etc.
  • To learn and apply prioritization principles for coffers allocation, product scheduling.
  • To drive nonstop enhancement for outturn, waste reduction, worker productivity optimization, unplanned time-out reduction, overtime reduction, disfigurement chance reduction, etc.
  • B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering | Industrial and Production Engineering from a well recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a heavy manufacturing or metal container production environment, with exposure to process supervision, planning, and equipment maintenance coordination.
  • Training / certification in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Occupational Safety, or Maintenance Management, six sigma methodology will be considered an added advantage.
