Private Company Midas Safety Faisalabad, Punjab Pakistan are announced new vacancy of Assistant Manager HSE.
Responsibilities:
- To verify that the fire safety team’s emergency response capabilities are effective, conduct frequent LCRMA-compliant audits.
- Drive the installation and ongoing enhancement of an efficient HSE Management System, which includes PSM and thorough incident investigations, in partnership with management.
- Champion activities to increase employee safety awareness and accountability, as well as identify and rectify training gaps, in order to proactively reduce workplace mishaps.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, ensuring complete employee understanding and compliance.
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive risk assessments, and create reports with planned and agreed-upon corrective action plans to ensure employee safety.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E (Environment / Chemical) – NEBOSH & IOSH would be an added advantage.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience preferably from manufacturing industry.
