Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Engineer to support our Development Team based in Noida or Bengaluru, with a strong focus on civil engineering for development infrastructure.
Overall, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects while developing your technical and professional capabilities within a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting the production of designs, drawings, and technical reports for construction systems and master planning activities in support of planning operations. Additionally, you can expect to be involved in multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously; therefore, strong organisational and communication skills will be essential. Importantly, you will report directly to a senior member of the Development Team, who will provide guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight.
Moreover, our team works on some of the most prestigious developments in the UK, and you will actively contribute to the delivery of complex infrastructure systems. For example, these may include residential, mixed-use, and large-scale master-planned developments.
The Development Team itself is a well-established and high-performing discipline within the Planning and Development business unit, comprising over 800 professionals. Specifically, the team delivers design services across the entire design life cycle—from initial land acquisition and planning support, through concept and detailed design, and ultimately to scheme implementation.

The services you will help deliver include, but are not limited to:
- Drainage design and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)
- Civil engineering infrastructure and highways design
- Earthworks and flood risk strategies
- Serviceability and utilities coordination
- Energy planning and low-carbon infrastructure strategies
- Multidisciplinary collaboration across planning, environmental, and engineering teams

Responsibilities
Providing-day to day support in the delivery of conception studies strategies with hands on design, leading to planning operations, specialized blessing cessions and construction delineation issue
Contributing to all types of Development systems across all sectors and guests
Being active on several variedmulti-disciplinary design/ customer accounts at any given time.
You’ll be supported by a platoon of educated specialized staff of colorful grades, to whom you’ll be anticipated to give guidance and support as applicable
Involvement in high profile customer engagement, stakeholder operation, design platoon liaison( both internal and with other external multidisciplinary professionals) and design operation
Being responsible, or laboriously engaged depending on experience, for icing your systems are delivered to budget, programme, specialized norms and legal conditions.
Qualifications
- What we will be looking for you to demonstrate
- Graduate( or postgraduate favored) in Civil/ Environmental Engineering
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Knowledge of highway drainage design.
- The capability to use Info Drainage and/ or Micro Drainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
- An appreciation of hydraulics, hydrology, geotechnics and erecting structures is desirable.
- The capability to produce with supervision structure masterplans, design computations and construction delineations.
- Knowledge of the applicable design canons similar as Water UK Sewerage Sector Guidance, Design Manual for Roads & Islands, or analogous transnational design norms.
- Working towards Chartership or other original professional class.
