Out of the 10 years managerial experience, at least three (3) years may be in a senior leadership role (C-suite level), such as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer/Director General/Director. 4. Must meet the Fit & Proper Criteria under the SECP Public Sector Companies (Appointment of CEO) Guidelines, 2015. 5. Must demonstrate clear understanding of statutory duties, fiduciary responsibilities, and corporate governance obligations of Chief Executive under the Companies Act, 2017, and ability to work with Government as Shareholder, Boards, regulators, and key stakeholders. 6. Upper age limit is 55 years (relaxed by two years by the competent authority on recommendation of the Selection Board). |
