Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) is inviting applications from experienced and qualified legal professionals for the positions of Part-Time Legal Advisor and Part-Time Tax Lawyer in Faisalabad. Candidates with strong advocacy experience and expertise in legal drafting, tax law, and statutory compliance are encouraged to apply.

Experience in Revenue, acquisition and allotment matters of industrial Estate in Punjab will be preferred | Rs. 90,000/- per month (inclusive of taxes) and approved contingencies on disposal of the case as below: i. Lower Court Rs. 15,000/- ii. High Court Rs. 25,000/- iii. ICA/Appeal/Revision cases at 1.5x contingency. |
| Tax Lawyer | 01 | Advocate of the High Court with a minimum of five (05) years’ practical experience in Tax Law, including expertise in Income Tax, Sales Tax, and related tax matters. | Rs. 75,000/- per month (inclusive of taxes) + Rs. 10,000/- contingent charges per case & travel allowance up to Rs. 20,000/- per visit for outstation appearance/assignment related to tax matters. |
Terms & Conditions
- Appointment will be on a part-time, temporary basis for an initial period of two years (extendable based on performance).
- Engagement will follow Government of Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department policies for legal advisors in autonomous bodies.
- Appointment is subject to final approval by the Government of Punjab.
- Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
- No office space, staff, or official facilities will be provided.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
