How to Apply Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission Jobs KPPSC
1: Open the official KPPSC Website
Go to your browser & open website:
www.kppsc.gov.pk
2: Create an Account (Profile)
If applying for the first time:
- Click on “Apply Online”
- Select “New Registration”
- Enter your CNIC number, email address, and mobile number
- Confirm the verification code received via email and SMS
- Create a Username and Password
- ➡️ Now your KPPSC profile has been created.
3: Complete Your Profile
- After logging in, it is essential to complete your profile 100%:
- Personal Information’s (Name, Father Name, & Date of Birth, etc.)
- Academic Qualification (from Matric to highest degree)
- Professional Qualification (if available)
- Experience (if required)
- Domicile Details
- Profile Picture Upload
- CNIC Front & Back Upload
⚠️ Until profile is complete, the Apply button will not be active.
4: Check Advertisements
- Go to menu & click on “Advertisements.”
- Open latest advertisement (e.g., Advertisement No. 05/2025).
- Select your required post.
- Check the mandatory eligibility criteria:
- Age limit
- Qualification
- Gender
- Domicile
- Experience (if required).
5: Apply Online
- Click “Apply Now” next to your desired post.
- The application form will open.
- Check all details carefully again.
- Click “Submit Application.”
- ✅ The form cannot be edited after applying, so don’t make any mistakes.
6: Generate Challan/Fee
- A bank challan form will be generated as soon as you apply.
- Deposit the challan at NBP/State Bank or designated bank.
- Keep a copy of the paid challan safe.
- ⚠️ The application is not complete without the fee.
7: Fee Verification
- The fee is verified in the system within 2–3 working days.
- Login and check: Application Status = Fee Verified
8: Roll Number Slip / Call Letter
- On the KPPSC website a few days before the test:
- Roll Number Slip
- Test Center details are uploaded
- ➡️ Download and print the roll number slip.
Test Day Instructions
- On the day of the test, bring the following:
- Original CNIC
- Roll Number Slip
- Blue/Black ball pen
- ⛔ Mobile phones and smartwatches are not allowed.
Important Notes
- Candidates who do not receive intimation through website, SMS or email may confirm their status from KPPSC Office by personal visit or through telephone numbers 091-9214131 to 9213750 – 9213563 (Ext: 105/180).
- Candidates are advised to confirm their roll numbers and location of test centre/hall one day before commencement of the test to avoid inconvenience.
