The Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) is seeking applicants for following vacant in Faisalabad,and Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan: Assistant Director, Administration – Assistant Director.
Positions includes Director (Admin & Finance), Deputy Director (Land),Assistant Director (Procurement & Contracts), Assistant Director (Finance),Assistant Director (Land),Assistant Director (Admin),Assistant Director (Electrical),Assistant Auditor,Personal Secretary to Project Director,Office Assistant.
Bachelor, master’s, and B.com degrees are preferred.

- Applicants are required to apply online at https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk by 17.02.2026. Application(s) received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
- Any employment applications or documents received via email, hand, or courier will not be considered.
- Applicants must make certain that all submitted documents are relevant, correct, and full. The document uploaded with the online application will be considered final, and PMA will not request resubmission of any document.

- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be given to candidates called for test/interview.
- Application Processing Fee: For the posts from serial no. 01 to serial no. 02, the applicants are required to pay an Application Processing Fee (non-refundable) Rs. 5000/- (Pak Rupees Five Thousand only) AND for the posts from serial no. 03 to serial no. 10, the applicants are required to pay an Application Processing Fee (non-refundable) Rs. 2000/- (Pak Rupees Two Thousand only) before or on the closing date only through bank deposit slip at Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580045622200045 (Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account) and upload the scanned copy of paid challan with online job application on Punjab Job Portal.
- Applications without processing fee and/or processing fee submitted through Postal/Order Bank Draft will not be considered/accepted in any case.
- Candidates who wish to apply for more than one position must submit separate applications and pay different fees for each.
- Part-time, honorary/self-employment, and apprentice/internship work will not be considered/counted as experience.
- Applicants serving in government/semi government/development projects must apply through proper channel. During the interview, the applicant must present a No Objection Certificate issued by the competent/appointing authority, as applicable. Applicants without NOC or NOC will NOT be entertained.
- Decisions of Department on all matters concerning hiring, including eligibility short listing/ selection criteria shall be final.
- Applicants would be required to bring their original documents, educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, paid Challan Form against the relevant post, and any other relevant document at the time of interview.
- Candidates passing the interview will have to submit a copy of the degrees/certificates duly verified by HEC (in case of a foreign degree an equivalence certificate issued by HEC) along with a new police character verification certificate & medical fitness certificate issued by the district hospital.
- Punjab Masstransit Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease number of any post/accept or reject any application/cancel the recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning any reason.
