CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC) is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab. PIEDMC is mandated to achieve orderly, planned and rapid industrialization in the province of the Punjab by developing a chain of new industrial estates and up-gradation of existing ones.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates against the following posts:
1. GENERAL MANAGER (ADMINISTRATION & HR):
- Qualification: Masters in relevant field / MBA (HR) / MPA (18 years of Qualification) from HEC recognized university / Lt. Colonel (R) or above.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with 5 years at managerial level. Candidate will have well conversant about HR functions (Recruitment & selection, payroll, performance appraisals, HRIS etc.) along with administrative actions, compliance of standards with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age: Minimum 35 years
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER LAW:
- Qualification: LLB from HEC recognized institute. Preferable LLM / Barrister at Law from HEC recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum 07 Years of professional experience to handle legal matters concerning day to day business activities of Company and provide advisory on regulatory matters as well as Civil, Land, Arbitration, corporate and employment / labor law matters. The scope of job would inter alia include drafting and vetting contract, agreement, deeds and other instruments. Verification / vetting of documentation for transfer of land / title documents of properties acquired by the Company, handling, managing and monitoring company litigation and representing the Company before regulatory / judicial proceeding. Candidate preferably be an enrolled advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
- Age: Minimum 30 years
