Career Opportunity
Required Senior Manager Design (Roads & Highways)
Qualification:
- Bsc Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MSc / MS in Transportation Engineering (Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
Core Expertise:
- Geometric design of roads & highways, pavement design, traffic engineering, intersection design, road safety audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design of highways, arterial roads, interchanges, and urban roads.
- Review and approve geometric, pavement, drainage, and traffic designs.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (AASHTO, NHA, FIDIC, local codes).
- Coordinate with traffic planners, structural designers, and survey teams.
- Provide technical input for feasibility studies, PC-I, and tender documents.
- Review consultants’ and contractors’ design submissions.
Software Skills:
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road / Open Roads, SIDRA,
- HDM-4 (preferred)
